This website provides a software platform (SaaS) for music industry professionals to manage and distribute promotional content to curators, DJs, journalists, and other industry contacts through multiple communication channels. The Platform acts as a technical tool that enables users to connect their own social media accounts and send communications from them.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks, and any other sign that may be subject to industrial or intellectual property rights, is the property of Promo-Chats or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other activity that may be carried out with the contents of this website is prohibited without the prior written consent of Promo-Chats.
4. Responsibility
Promo-Chats is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of communications sent by users through the Platform. Each user is independently responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Users connect their own personal or business social media accounts to the Platform. Promo-Chats does not own, operate, or control any user account on any third-party platform. Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of each third-party platform they use through the service.
5. Data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPDGDD), users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by contacting privacy@promo-chats.com.

Promo-Chats does not send unsolicited commercial communications. All promotional messages sent through the Platform are initiated by registered users from their own accounts, under their sole responsibility. Users must ensure they have obtained the prior consent of recipients before sending commercial communications, in accordance with Article 21 of the LSSI-CE.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of this website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer protection law.
